Responsibility: Deliver UI Designs that fulfills good design principles and strong attention to detail that keeps up with the latest design trends. Do UI Research to translate Brand Guideline & UX Research into effective, efficient and aesthetically pleasing UI Design System. Assist UI/UX Team in preparing decks for presentation & assisting UI/UX Team in explaining UI Design rationales to the client. Requirements: Minimum 1 years of experience in UI Design. Have design education background (Bachelor in Design majors. e.g. UI/UX, DKV, Architect, Interior Design, etc.). Live in Jabodetabek area & able to do 2 days WFO in Jakarta Selatan area Good time management. Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia for work purposes. High proficiency and expertise in Figma. Workable skills in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Lottie (After Effects feature) to create UI Design assets if needed. Able to do prototyping in Figma. Experience in understanding business objectives as design briefs and able to adjust to different taste for different kind of industries (Corporate, E-Commerce, Retail). Experience in designing responsive design (desktop-mobile). Experience in designing not only websites but also app / webapp. Nice to have: Have experience with Spline (3D in UI) / Framer Motion AI experience Good communication skills Able to work in a fast-paced projects every once in a while Curiosity in the newest technologies & innovations regarding digital products Basic understanding of CMS and coding (e.g. HTML, CSS, JS Job Type: Full-time
