Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?
Design and develop detailed UI/UX flows and design plans for the digital product (Erha Buddy) to ensure clear user journeys that align with business objectives.
Deliver high-quality, development-ready design outputs—including UI components, layouts, and interaction patterns—ensuring visual consistency across platforms.
Create visually engaging interfaces by applying UI best practices, including consistent use of typography, color palettes, iconography, spacing, and responsive design to improve usability and strengthen brand identity.
Conduct user research and usability testing (e.g., A/B testing, behavioral analysis) to identify pain points, validate design ideas, and discover opportunities for improvement.
Translate research findings into actionable UX solutions by creating user journey maps, prototypes, wireframes, storyboards, and flow diagrams.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and both internal and external stakeholders to ensure designs meet user needs and business goals.
Maintain thorough documentation of design assets, processes, user research results, and design systems to support ongoing development and performance tracking.
Lead UI/UX improvement initiatives by managing timelines, coordinating across teams, and ensuring timely delivery of design assets.
Requirements
Does it match your criteria?
Bachelor's degree from any major, with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design capabilities.
At least 1 year of experience in the UI/UX field.
Proven UI/UX design portfolio.
Proficient in UI/UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InVision, Miro, or similar design platforms.
Familiar with front-end coding tools like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or equivalent.
