Summary

Hire Digital is seeking a highly skilled UI Designer (Full-time, Remote) who will be responsible for designing clean, modern, and conversion-driven landing pages that align with brand guidelines and business objectives. The ideal candidate possesses a strong creative vision, technical design skills, and hands-on experience executing design projects from concept to completion. Prior experience working in an agency environment, client-focused, or freelance setup is highly desirable.



RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design visually compelling, user-centric landing pages optimized for engagement and conversion.
  • Translate business goals and creative briefs into effective design solutions with clear storytelling.
  • Develop visual assets including page layouts, hero images, banners, iconography, and brand elements.
  • Maintain consistency with brand identity and design systems across all deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX and landing page optimization.
  • Deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines, ensuring attention to detail at every stage.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UI Design, Graphic Design, or a related creative field within an agency, client-driven, or freelance environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing landing page designs and broader digital design projects.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects is a plus).
  • Exceptional creativity with a solid understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Demonstrated ability to create story-driven designs that connect with audiences and drive action.
  • Hands-on execution skills across the full design process, from concept development to final asset delivery.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
  • Illustration skills for enhancing visual storytelling and brand assets.
