Role Overview:

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our development process, working closely with our engineering and product teams. Your mission will be to design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will be a key player in maintaining our commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement detailed test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
  • Split your time between 80% automation and 20% manual testing.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure complete test coverage.
  • Automate test processes to enhance efficiency and repeatability.
  • Continuously improve QA methodologies and processes to optimize product quality.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
  • Experience with React JS.
  • Fully proficient with Cypress.
  • Proficiency in QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Strong experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages (preferably Python).
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a startup environment.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud services and environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • ISTQB certification or equivalent.
