A leading global organization is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive high-impact HR technology programs across international teams. Based in Prague, this role plays a key part in delivering digital transformation initiatives that shape the future of employee experience.

The Role

As the HR Technology Senior Project Manager, you’ll oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic HR tech initiatives -from cloud system implementations (Workday, Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors) to process improvements and PMO transformation. You’ll work closely with global stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for global HR technology initiatives
• Define and manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and resources
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendor teams to gather requirements and ensure solution alignment
• Support PMO transformation, including tools, governance, and delivery frameworks
• Monitor project performance, risks, and dependencies
• Guide operational transition and long-term support planning
• Mentor junior project managers and promote project management best practices

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in program or project management
• Experience with cloud-based HR systems (Workday, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors)
• Strong background in both Agile and traditional project management methodologies
• Proven ability to manage global projects in complex environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Analytical, organized, and quality-focused
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural setting
