Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the entrusted project including investment and divestment stages
• Preparing business plan, including ROI analyses
• Managing the process of contract signing
• Active part in the engineering stage, cooperation with governmental agencies
• Co-operation with Leasing and Sales teams
• Project control and budgeting
• English on a very good level
• Czech / Slovak on a brilliant level

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master´s degree in Construction or Civil Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in project management or development
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working with a team
• Ability to communicate within CDE interface
