Core Responsibilities

In this role you will drive complex strategic Logistics Projects and ensure that partner satisfaction towards delivery quality, time and cost are delivered in high quality.



  • Take responsibility and ensure coherence, communication and collaboration both upwards and downwards in the organization, including ongoing dialogue with GM on site
  • Cooperate with key technical partners across functional areas as Quality, EHS and IT
  • Act as on-site mentor for new team members and ensure collaboration and motivation in our own team and towards local key partners
  • Take the Project leadership and deliver according to the structured methods in Project management, ensuring good stakeholder management, project team atmosphere and transparency to the project progress
  • Actively use your continuously improvement mind-set within the projects and towards input for the next strategic improvement such as Logistics Capacity improvements, new technology and processes
  • Fosters a culture of openness and flexibility towards diverse perspectives, working with resilience in a constructive manner.
  • Proactively engage with key partners to understand their needs and prioritization
  • Involve and engage with team colleagues in global MD&I Materials Logistics Moulding and Packing to share/gain findings and develop capabilities



This position is located in our Kladno manufacturing site and there is no relocation assistance offered for this role.

Within Manufacturing Design & Implementation (MD&I), you'll find project managers, project assistants, and technology specialists with a wide knowledge and a diverse set of backgrounds. We are carrying the LEGO values and strive to continuously improve ourselves.

The Senior Project Manager working in the "MD&I" organization with Technical Project execution will be working within identification, development and implementation of concrete technical deliveries but also improvements, Automation &Digitalization Projects, sustainability projects and optimizing the existing production processes and capacity on equipment's for primarily the manufacturing sites in Kladno; however, will engage in collaboration and project across the entire LEGO Group.

Do you have what it takes?



  • Global business understanding and experience within project management for technical equipment deployment/installations
  • Proven experience in running complex projects (local and globally) with responsibility for budgets, time and quality
  • Global leadership skills within partner management, communication, networking and conflict handling
  • Full fluency in English, Czech is an advantage
  • Should be able to travel app. 30 days per year to meet colleagues as well as external partners
