We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager with at least 3 years experience in this position to deliver fit-out & construction projects up for a tier 2 builder. You'll be working for one of Australia's leading fit out contractors, with great opportunity for career progression. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment this role is for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing projects from pre-construction to handover
• Leading & mentoring project teams
• Ensuring compliance with safety & building standards
• Managing budgets, contracts & subcontractor negotiations
• Building strong relationships with clients & stakeholders
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with a principal contractor (Healthcare sector experience is a plus!)
• A natural leader & problem solver who thrives under pressure
• Strong communication & relationship-building skills
• Experience with MS Projects, Procore & Jobpac
• Bachelors degree in construction or equivalent
