At NetBramha Studios, we’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who can bring vision, structure & inspiration to our most ambitious projects. We need someone who can orchestrate creativity, streamline chaos and drive impact in the world of UX & design.

What You’ll Own & Drive:

• Lead complex projects from inception to completion, defining scope & tracking milestones
• Develop & implement effective project communication plans tailored to diverse clients
• Manage resource allocation by defining tasks & ensuring optimal team utilization
• Hold team members accountable for performance & adherence to established processes
• Collaborate closely with delivery, design, & leadership teams to refine workflows
• Present project updates clearly to both internal & external stakeholders
• Oversee feedback loops, approvals, & design review processes
• Monitor & report weekly progress while ensuring high-quality execution
• Navigate crises with quick thinking & decisive action
• Be the translator turning business goals into actionable plans
• Act as a diplomat balancing stakeholder needs with team capabilities
• Serve as a firefighter extinguishing issues before they blaze out of control

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of proven project management experience
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Leadership qualities, with the ability to grow into managing teams of project managers
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies & tools (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
• A data-driven approach to decision-making & problem-solving
• A passion for optimizing workflows & improving processes
• Expert communication abilities with both internal teams & clients
• Strong crisis management, quick thinking, & decision-making in high-pressure situations
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams across different backgrounds & skill sets
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, & PowerPoint for reporting & documentation
• Certification in recognized project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, etc.) is a plus
• Ability to motivate teams & keep morale high when deadlines are tight
