We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Senior Project Manager to join our Product PMO team. This role will be responsible for managing high-impact projects within our product portfolio, including AI-driven solutions as well as other software development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in software development processes, strong project management capabilities, and excellent communication skills to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. This is a critical role that will drive execution, remove blockers, and ensure our teams deliver value efficiently.

What You Will Be Doing

• Project Leadership & Execution: Lead projects that involve new, undefined processes, experimental technologies, or innovative AI solutions, requiring strategic problem-solving, adaptability, and creative execution. Additionally, manage traditional software development projects following our standard release lifecycle, established frameworks, and project templates to ensure alignment with organizational processes.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Engage with global, cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Support, Professional Services, and Sales, to align priorities and ensure smooth execution.
• Communication & Risk Management: Provide clear and proactive communication with leadership and stakeholders, including risk identification, mitigation planning, and escalations when necessary.
• Process Improvement: Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO to optimize efficiency and effectiveness across projects.
• Metrics & Value Demonstration: Establish and track KPIs to quantify project impact and demonstrate the value of initiatives to internal teams.
• Tool Utilization: Ensure project activities, documentation, and updates are properly managed in JIRA and other project management tools.
• AI & Innovation Support: Act as a strategic partner to AI-focused teams, challenging ideas, brainstorming solutions, and accelerating delivery.
• Global Collaboration: Partner with other project managers to support new software development initiatives.
• Operational Support: Assist in operational processes when needed, contributing to documentation, best practices, and PMO maturity.
  
  

What You Will Likely Bring

• 5+ years of experience in project management within software development or technology-driven environments.
• PMP certification preferred (or equivalent experience managing technical projects).
• Strong understanding of software development processes and ability to work effectively with technical teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment among multiple stakeholders across different functions and time zones.
• Proficiency in JIRA or similar project management/bug tracking tools.
• Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to proactively remove obstacles and support teams in delivering high-value solutions.
• Experience in managing cross-functional projects with multiple dependencies and stakeholders.
• Strong ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with Teams, Power BI and/or SharePoint is preferred but not mandatory.
