Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting TNI from Department Heads and Plant Heads in line with business requirement.
- Support in develop & implement a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with Organizational goals.
- Design and deliver engaging learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, and soft skills development.
- Manage and maintain a curriculum catalogue, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
- Facilitate learning programs, workshops, and webinars.
- Evaluate program effectiveness, using metrics and analytics to inform future learning initiatives.
- Manage the learning and development budget, ensuring effective use of resources.
- Partner with external vendors and consultants to deliver learning programs.
- Develop internal trainer.
