Executive- Training & Development- Pune


Position Objective/Roles & Responsibilities

•Manage & coordinate training related activities for the center including, new hire orientation, domain boot camps in the specified timelines and ongoing training needs.

•Responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating training programs across the organization.

•Manage and maintain the LMS & other learning platform, uploading course materials, tracking employees progress and publishing results.

•Conduct training need analysis for skill enhancement across departments

•The employee should work closely & in coordination with all support functions in HCM

•Drive best org-wide training programs/initiatives and measure effectiveness through feedback surveys and evaluations, ensuring engaging and effective delivery.

•Collaborate with business leaders for specific training requirements & assessments

•Review of course plans/content & keeping training related documents updated

Participating in audits for continuous process improvements
