What will you do
MNO Firewall Deployment:
Lead and coordinate deployment of MNO firewall and security solutions related to messaging monetization
Ensure the security and integrity of messaging services
Conduct regular security assessments and audits
Vendor and Mobile Operator Liaison:
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and vendors
Manage partnerships with mobile operators to ensure seamless service delivery
Negotiate contracts and service agreements
Service Level Agreement (SLA) Monitoring:
Monitor and execute SLAs to ensure compliance with agreed standards
Track and report on service delivery performance
Implement corrective actions to address any SLA breaches
Service Delivery Management:
Oversee the end-to-end service delivery process
Manage service delivery KPIs to ensure high-quality performance
Continuously improve service delivery processes
Alternative Messaging Channels Onboarding:
Lead the onboarding process for alternative messaging channels i.e OTT, MNO API etc.
Ensure seamless integration and operation of new messaging channels
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
What skills and experience you will need?
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience on related field in messaging, managing vendor relationships & partnerships with mobile operators’ engagement with at least 3 years in a management role.
Proven experience in managing SMS firewall/security deployment projects will be added advantage Experience with A2P messaging services and secure authentication solutions.
Strong understanding of messaging technologies and protocols.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of SLA management and service delivery KPIs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
