Job Description:

• Carry out data center operations (maintenance, monitoring, installation, updates).
• Provide installation (OS, applications, agents, etc.) and maintenance services for server products.
• Ensure the installation and update of server operating systems and application versions.
• Manage automation processes (such as Ansible, etc.).
• Perform necessary monitoring, problem management, and resolution activities to ensure the continuous operation of systems 24/7.
• Ensure the resolution of system issues raised by internal/external customers.
• Track the inventory of resources such as servers, switches, IPs to be used in the data center.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a university in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mathematics Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 5-7 years of professional experience as a Senior System, Network, and Security Manager.
• Expert-level experience and knowledge in Linux operating systems (RedHat, Rocky, CentOS, Ubuntu).
• Experience with database installation (MySQL preferred), management, and SQL querying.
• Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware).
• Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, GPO, iSCSI, SAMBA, RAID, SMTP, SNMP, FTP, SFTP, etc.
• Experience with Linux distributions installation and configuration.
• Ability to configure switches (Cisco, Dell, Juniper).
• Proficiency in routing/switching protocols.
• Experience in switch, storage, and server connections.
• Experience in working in large-scale and corporate environments (>250 servers).
• Preferably certified in System and Network expertise.
• Active experience in Data Center (DC) projects.
• Good level of English, as the role will involve international projects.
• Open to continuous self-improvement, process-oriented, team player.
• No restrictions on domestic/international travel and able to drive.
• Experience with monitoring systems like Prometheus, Grafana is a plus.
