We’re looking for a Senior Learning & Development Manager to take the driver’s seat in building a high-performance, learning-first culture at Fiamma Group, a member of Chin Hin Group.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the L&D function across Fiamma Group: from vision to execution.
• Translate business needs into future-ready development strategies.
• Build and deliver learning frameworks that support talent growth, leadership readiness, and functional excellence.
• Own onboarding, leadership development, and employee engagement learning tracks.
• Introduce innovation in learning—digital platforms, microlearning, coaching, blended delivery models.
• Champion measurement: use data to prove learning impact and adjust accordingly.
• Guide, mentor, and develop junior L&D team members (where applicable).
• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, not just a training provider.

What We’re Looking For:

• Have 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, ideally with exposure across multiple industries.
• Have a proven track record of building and leading learning programs that drive real results.
• Bring a strong business lens—you understand how capability building ties to the bottom line.
• Can speak both “HR” and “Ops” fluently—stakeholder management is second nature.
• Are confident presenting to senior leadership, and not afraid to challenge the status quo.

Bonus if you also have:

• Hands-on experience as a HRBP or in HR Operations—you see the full HR ecosystem, not just one part of it.
