Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients; nurture strong, trusted relationships
• Understand client goals, challenges, and industries to offer tailored brand solutions
• Collaborate with creative, content, and digital teams to develop 360° campaigns and deliverables
• Translate client briefs into actionable strategies and clear project plans
• Prepare proposals, pitch presentations, and reports with insights and recommendations
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and KPIs—keeping everything on track and clients in the loop
• Identify opportunities for growth within client accounts and contribute to business development
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and cultural moments to fuel fresh thinking

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in client servicing, brand strategy, or account management (agency experience is a big plus!)
• Strong communication and presentation skills—you can sell ideas and manage expectations
• Creative thinker with a strategic mind and problem-solving attitude
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with grace under pressure
