Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Client Servicing Executive at Equalifi The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for client services, client relations, making presentations, providing exceptional customer service, and account management on a day-to-day basis.


Responsibilities


  • Act as the first point of contact for all client and prospect queries (via email, phone, WhatsApp, etc.).


  • Provide timely, accurate information about Equalifi’s education programs, memberships, and events.


  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback with prompt and effective solutions.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current clients by ensuring a high level of service and engagement.


  • Assist in new client pitches, presentations, and strategic planning initiatives.


  • Support the application and registration process for individual participants and organizations.


  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and ensure follow-ups are completed.


  • Coordinate with internal teams (education, operations, marketing, events) to fulfill client requirements.


  • Share client needs and insights with relevant teams to improve offerings and engagement.


  • Stay updated on Equalifi’s full suite of services and offerings.


Ideal Candidate


0–2 years of experience in inside sales, client servicing, or customer support.


Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.


Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.


Interest in finance, education, or professional development sectors is a plus.
