Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic entry-level Client Service Executive to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build strong client relationships and contribute to the success of the company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a foundational understanding of digital analytics, particularly Google Analytics, to support data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with other team members to manage client accounts, implement strategies, and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of client accounts which are activity logs.
• Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients through regular communication (e.g., emails, calls, WhatsApp messages, meetings).
• Understand client objectives and convey to respective stakeholders
• Prepare and present basic performance reports to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful execution.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project progress.
• Proactively identify and escalate any client issues or concerns.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. 
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and channels.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics
