Job Description

Profile Overview :

• Experienced AWS DevOps Engineer with expertise in security, scalable architecture, and performance analysis.
• Skilled in developing and maintaining CDK scripts and migrating legacy environments to modern AWS infrastructure.
• Proficient in AWS tools like ECS, Fargate, Lambda, RDS, and CloudWatch.
• Strong communicator with a focus on mentoring junior DevOps engineers and working independently within remote teams.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the stability and security of our applications hosted in AWS.
• Developing and maintaining CDK scripts.
• An initial task is to safely migrate an existing legacy environment to CDK.
• Working with and mentoring the junior DevOps who has experience of our systems.
• Working independently with a remote team.
• Project management.
• A high level of English and good communication skills are required.
  
  

Deep experience of the following in AWS is required :

• Security.
• Scalable architecture.
• Docker / containers.
• Networking.
• Monitoring tools.
• Performance analysis.
  
  

Experience with or familiarity of the following tools and technologies :

• CDK (mandatory).
• Golang is highly desirable or any other programming language.
• ECS.
• Fargate.
• Lambda.
• RDS.
• Aurora / PostreSQL.
• EC2.
• S3.
• IAM.
• Route 53.
• SMS/SNS/SES.
