We are seeking a skilled and experienced Infrastructure Cloud Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing and monitoring cloud infrastructure with expertise in Dynatrace, Kubernetes, AWS, Nginx, Linux, and DevOps practices. You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our cloud environments and applications. Key Responsibilities � Cloud Infrastructure Management: � Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud environments on AWS. � Monitor cloud infrastructure health using tools like Dynatrace to ensure optimal performance and availability. � Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot containerised applications using Kubernetes. � Optimise deployments and workflows for high availability and scalability. � Monitor & Manage Nginx as a reverse proxy, load balancer, and web server. � Manage and troubleshoot Linux-based systems, ensuring smooth operations and uptime. � Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline workflows and improve productivity. � Respond to and resolve infrastructure-related incidents promptly. � Perform root cause analysis and create detailed incident reports. � Continuously optimise systems and applications to improve performance and reduce costs. � Proactively monitor system metrics and suggest improvements. � Able to work in 24/7 rotational shift (WFO) Must-Have Skills � Dynatrace: Advanced experience in monitoring and analysing application performance. � Kubernetes: Strong understanding of Kubernetes architecture, deployment, and troubleshooting. � AWS: Hands-on experience with core AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, and networking. � Nginx: Proficient in configuring and managing Nginx for various use cases. � Linux: Expert in managing Linux servers, including scripting and system administration. Preferred Skills � Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
