Hopper Engineering and Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and motivated (part-time) Business Developer to join our team and drive growth in an innovative and fast-paced environment. Our company is looking to expand its presence in Structural Engineering, Oil & Gas, advanced structural analyses, and we need a strategic thinker with a proven track record to help us achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, client acquisitions, and market expansion initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.

Requirements:

• BSc Degree in Structural, Civil, Architectural or Mechanical engineering;
• 10 years of experience business development and sales experience, preferably in the highlighted engineering topics;
• Strong for specified engineering products or technical solutions. 
• The ability to involve and influence and drive strategic topics 
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with fluency in Dutch and English (additional languages are a plus);
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent presentation skills
