Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Search Engine Optimization Specialist located in Gurugram. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for conducting keyword research, performing SEO audits, building and managing links, analyzing web analytics, and optimizing on-page SEO. The specialist will develop and execute strategies to increase organic search rankings, drive traffic, and improve visibility across various platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
- Lead programmatic SEO initiatives to scale content creation, landing pages, and keyword targeting.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and search trend analysis to identify opportunities.
- Work closely with content, product, and marketing teams to develop an effective content strategy aligned with SEO goals.
- Monitor and analyze key SEO metrics, including traffic, rankings, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and provide actionable insights.
- Develop and implement link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and improve off-page SEO.
- Use tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO platforms to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
- SEO experience, focusing strongly on consumer tech or e-commerce companies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving large-scale SEO growth and improving search rankings.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams to implement technical SEO strategies.
- Strong expertise in programmatic SEO, automation, and scalable content generation.
- Deep understanding of Google's algorithm updates, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and mobile-first indexing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights for decision-making.
- Proficiency with SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.
