Develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility, drive traffic, and achieve business goals.
Conduct in-depth keyword research to inform content planning and on-page optimization.
Monitor and analyze website performance, keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs.
Optimize onpage SEO elements, including meta tags, URL structure, headings, and internal linking.
Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, such as crawl errors, site speed optimization, indexation, and schema markup.
Manage link building initiatives and off-page SEO strategies.
Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms and industry best practices.
Collaborate with content, product, and marketing teams to integrate SEO best practices.
Guide and mentor junior SEO team members when required.
Key Requirements:
6-7 years of hands-on SEO experience in an agency or in-house role.
Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Moz.
Experience in conducting technical SEO audits and resolving site performance issues.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate with developers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
