Job Description:-
We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors, and the ability to develop and execute SEO strategies that drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Ideal will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also manage all SEM campaigns on Google, Yahoo and Bing in order to maximize ROI. This position is basically for Gurgaon location with competitive Salary range.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
Conduct keyword research to identify high-traffic search terms and target keywords for optimization.
Optimize website content, structure, and on-page elements to align with SEO best practices.
Perform technical SEO audits and resolve any issues that may affect website performance.
Implement link-building strategies to increase the domain authority of the website.
Analyze and report on website traffic, keyword performance, and overall SEO success using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Collaborate with content and development teams to create SEO-friendly content and enhance website performance.
Monitor competitors and industry trends to ensure the website remains competitive in search rankings.
Skills & Requirements
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
Solid understanding of SEO principles, techniques, and tools.
Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Experience with technical SEO, including on-page and off-page optimization.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
SEO certification (e.g., Google Analytics, Moz, HubSpot) is a plus.
