Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales & Reservations Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated hospitality professional with a strong background in both sales and reservations. The successful candidate will oversee online and offline reservations, manage OTA platforms, handle group bookings, and support the sales strategy through close collaboration with revenue management and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage online and offline reservations, including OTA platforms and group bookings
• Handle daily operational tasks, including customer communication and problem-solving
• Collaborate with they team to develop pricing strategies and manage rates
• Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
• Propose annual budgets, set targets, and contribute to achieving revenue goals
• Negotiate rates and packages with corporate clients and partners
• Maintain online and offline contracts with travel agencies and corporate clients
• Attend sales and industry events as required
• Produce accurate and timely reports for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry (reservations and/or sales)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment
• High attention to detail with a commitment to quality service
• Strong knowledge of OTAs, Channel Managers, and booking systems
• Proactive, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
