Job Overview: Elements Yachting is a rapidly growing luxury yachting company and part of the Original Senses group, a leading luxury DMC and travel agency.We specialize in crafting bespoke private cruise experiences in the Aegean Sea and along the Athenian Riviera.We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales and Reservations Manager to join our team. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy.
Manage all aspects of reservations, including inquiries, confirmations, cancellations, and modifications.
Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and high-end clientele.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to optimize sales and pricing strategies.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure flawless guest experiences.
Track and report sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth.
Ensure accurate processing of reservations and payments in the booking system.
Collaborate with the in-house sales team on pricing, availability, and terms.
Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings.
Ensure timely and professional handling of all correspondence and inquiries.
Maintain client records and perform yield management & upselling.
Analyze demand and revenue trends to optimize performance.
Visit current and prospective clients to evaluate their needs and promote services.
Travel to the islands to establish partnerships with key local providers.
Support other business development initiatives as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills:
2+ years of managerial experience in a relevant role.
Proven experience in sales and reservations, preferably in the luxury tourism or hospitality sector.
Strong understanding of sales techniques and revenue management.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and managerial skills.
Solid skills in presentation software, spreadsheets and Microsoft Office
Professional, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
