What we’re looking for We wish to appoint a passionate individual to support our sales team by driving usage of our new CRM and developing, creating and analysing sales reports to meet our sales objectives. You like to support and assist others to reach the best possible outcome for our customers and work with data and databases. You will be a committed and enthusiastic member of our Cengage national sales team, working closely with the learning consultants, and helping them in identifying opportunities utilising technology to improve the sales process. Reporting to and supported by the Head of Sales Operations and Channels, you will help facilitate training and drive our Salesforce usage, manage sales dashboards in Power BI, analyse any issues and make recommendations to improve processes. The Sales Operations and Reporting Coordinator will also provide reporting administrative support to our sales team. Based in our Melbourne head office, however hybrid working arrangements are in place. Responsibilities: Regularly review current data in the database and ensure information is concise and updated by users Assist in database projects Develop and maintain sales dashboards Assist in the effective usage of Salesforce by all team members Maintain, promote and educate best practice guidelines Provide feedback on Salesforce usage, make recommendations, share information from findings Assist in the planning, design and implementation of user training Create and distribute monthly reports Provide general administration support Attributes: The ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines Experience in database structure Advance knowledge of Salesforce and Power BI applications Ability to analyse issues and make recommendations for future requirements Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Establish and maintain effective relationships Ability to communicate in technical language to system analysts and developers Ability to communicate in non-technical language to users Analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail and follow through What we can offer you: access to our Wellbeing Employee Assistance Program Professional Development hub which includes access to online training courses free access to onsite gym and end-of-trip facilities publishers and staff discount Closing Date: 31 May 2024
