THE JOB

  • Presenting, promoting, and selling specific financial services and products to corporate customers/B2B
  • Researching consumer needs and identifying solutions
  • Generating leads, maintaining a sales pipeline, and building trusting customer relationships.
  • Managing the Sales team to develop the best client solution possible.
  • Actively selling/up-selling via a consultative selling approach.
  • Hiring, training, motivating, and advising a team of sales representatives.
  • Managing, supporting, and mentoring the work of the sales team (10)


THE PERSON

  • University degree in Economics/Finance/Business
  • min 7 years of working experience in financial products' B2B sales/business Development
  • Self-motivation with a positive attitude and interpersonal skills
  • High energy and self-confidence
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in Romanian and English
