Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide information on products/services, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, records, and CRM systems.
  • Monitor sales performance by compiling and analyzing data to generate reports.
  • Track sales targets and support the team in achieving them.
  • Handle administrative duties related to the sales department, including documentation, filing, and email communication.
  • Liaise with logistics and inventory teams to ensure on-time delivery of goods/services.
  • Prepare sales-related documents like presentations, reports, and proposals when needed.
  • Follow up with clients regarding outstanding quotations, payments, and feedback.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales coordination, customer service, or admin support.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Experience (Nice to Have):

  • Familiarity with sales order processing and documentation flow.
  • Experience in IT, electronics, consumer goods, or B2B sales environments.
  • Knowledge of inventory or ERP systems.
