Position: Sales Coordinator
Experience: 3+ yrs.
Location: Mumbai
KRAs:
* Qualifying leads and collect their initial requirements
* Assign leads and set up meetings for sales team members based on their defined territory
* Follow up with prospects as needed
* Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the CRM
* Monitor CRM activities across the team
* Reach out to potential leads through LinkedIn
* Ensure Sales Navigator data is properly updated and formatted
* Check and report on Sales Navigator data and activities of team members
* Send messages and InMails on LinkedIn to connect with leads
* Prepare weekly, monthly, and on-demand reports on sales performance, collection status, and pipeline movement
* Maintain target vs achievement sheets
* Maintain a detailed database for new sales, renewals, and recurring business
* Send welcome emails to new onbaorded customers with all necessary documentation
* Share agreements with partners, follow up for responses, and help with discussions until the documents are signed
* Exchange leads with strategic partners and track progress. Reconciliation of Leads, as needed
* Monitor Strategic Partners payout calculations, track licenses renewal, payout payment follow ups & related discussions
* Check if all agreements are being followed as per terms
* Keep all documents like invoices, agreements, and approval emails well organized
* Maintain organized records of all supporting documents, including invoices, agreements, and approval emails
* Work with internal finance teams to raise proper proforma invoices and tax invoices
* Maintain regular communication with partners to address queries and share updates
* Work with paid referral partners to find different types of lead packages and marketing campaigns
* Leads distribution to sales person after proper qualification as per the defined territory
