We are looking for a Sales/Customer Service Coordinator for Zinc Nacional company.
In charge of coordinating the receipt of customer POs, providing direct support to accounts, validating the entered information, reviewing customer forecasts in relation to the plant’s production plans, monitoring customer open orders on an ongoing basis, conducting daily inventory checks of finished products, and coordinating with the department to request raw material purchases.

Qualifications
Bachelor´s degree in International Relations, Industrial Engineer, Marketing or related field.

Full time: Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 6:30pm (Hybrid Schedule)
Key Responsibilities
1. Receiving customer orders and entering them into the SAP system.
2. Coordinate orders to maintain good control over production flows, ensuring customer needs.
3. Supervise a healthy portfolio with credit and collections, and with clients to ensure shipment. Support the accounts receivable area in managing overdue portfolios and process the necessary credit according to the client's purchasing level.
4. Provide attention and follow-up on complaints to maintain good customer service.
Maintain communication with clients regarding their complaints until they are closed.
5. Ensure the correct preparation of crossing documents (customs) to avoid setbacks in the shipment and shipment of products.
6. When the sale of any of our products requires it, process environmental permits to comply with the regulations required in the different regions, countries, states, or provinces where we do business.
7. Send regular updates to our clients on the status of their orders.
8. Properly manage the capacity assigned to each segment, region, or client to avoid order saturation.
9. Act as the primary point of communication with clients under their supervision to establish volume commitments and delivery dates.
10. Request and send samples to clients upon request and when the sales manager agrees.
11. Comply with the IMS requirements applicable to their work area.
12. Comply with the CTPAT requirements applicable to their work area.
13. Comply with the SSA (GMP+) requirements applicable to their work area.
14. Comply with the requirements of Chemical Substances Management that apply to your work area.
