We're seeking a motivated and bilingual (English/Spanish) Logistics Operations Trainee (Aprendiz) to join our dynamic team in Apodaca, Nuevo León!

This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or final-year university students in recent LNI, LRI, IMA, IIA (or related fields) to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time position begins with a 3-month probation period, with strong potential for a permanent role upon successful completion.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate transport operations: Manage shipping orders, arrange shipments, and track status for smooth, on-time delivery.
• Oversee warehousing tasks: Update inventory sheets, manage inbound/outbound documentation, and assist with cycle counts.
• Engage with customers: Provide high-quality service via email and phone, resolving issues effectively.
• Contribute to improvement: Work with supervisors to enhance service quality, cost efficiency, and reporting accuracy.
• Maintain office standards (including 5S).

What You Need:

• Bachelor's degree (or soon graduating) in Logistics Engineering or a related discipline.
• Fluent English and Spanish is mandatory. (Chinese is a plus!)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute.

What We Offer:

• Monthly Salary: $12,600 - $15,000 MXN
