Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Building and maintaining relationships, onboarding new accounts, and providing solutions.
• Operations Management: Ensuring timely service delivery, meeting deadlines, and managing customer expectations.
• Coordination: Collaborating with teams, coordinating transportation providers, and responding to inquiries.
• Documentation: Reviewing and ensuring accuracy of documents.
• Quality Control: Monitoring service quality and making necessary adjustments.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Entrepreneurial and competitive spirit, passion, self-motivation
• Enthusiastic, influential and persuasive (sales mentality)
• Computer savvy with working knowledge of relevant software.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication abilities with aptitude in problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, engineering or related field is required.
  
  

Location and Compensation:

• Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico.
• Job Type: Full-time with full benefits.
• Schedule: Night shift rotating schedule.
• Salary: $20,000 MXN to $23,000 MXN per month.
  
  

Experience:

Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year of previous experience logistics is required. Or 3 years of comparable experience in Logistics/Transportation industry.
