Job Description:


The Account Sales Manager is responsible for managing and growing customer accounts, driving sales revenue, and building strong client relationships. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand customer base.
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, supply chain, service) to meet customer requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Provide weekly regular reports and forecasts on account performance and market activity.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Results-driven with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficient in computer systems (e.g., Excel, Powerpoint, Word)


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in rental of Heavy Machineries or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and business development.
  • With a driver's license.
