RESPONSIBILITIES: Operate the roll forming line and other machinery used in the production process, or assist other machine operators with in line operations. Set up tooling, load programs and set machine parameters to ensure optimal performance of the equipment. Strong knowledge of roll form tooling and the ability to evaluate and generate improvement opportunities to tooling and process is preferred. Monitor condition of tools (rework when necessary) and verifies coolant levels in the equipment. Work in a fast-paced environment with fast changing priorities and report productivity to the supervisor. Provide a great level of attention to detail and focus on the given task. Follow all safety rules and quality standards. Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency. Uphold all ISO and OSHA standards applicable to the responsibilities above. Document actions by completing production and quality forms.
