THE ROLE In the Retail & VM Coordinator role you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to the Retail and VM team, allowing them to create next level customer experiences! You will be in charge of driving the department calendars, planning and organizing travel for the team, along with monitoring department expenses. You’ll be the voice the internal communication and social channels driving team engagement and performance. You will love rolling up your sleeves and supporting new store openings, in-store VM, local projects and special events. You’ll manage fixtures and VM assets and coordinate the delivery of VMD’s with a local lens where required. Using your problem solving and initiative you will deliver effective resolutions for retail and VM concerns and ad hoc operational tasks as required by ensuring strategic communication to deliver the right message at the right time whilst aligning to Brand DNA. THE WINNING SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Retail and/or VM experience will be highly regarded - you LOVE retail! Excellent organisation and great interpersonal communication skills Previous administration or coordination experience and demonstrated stakeholder management Reporting and analysis guru!
