What You'll Do
As a Retail Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the retail activity of our client's shop. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that service exceeds customer expectations and that consistent sales targets are achieved. You will utilise your selling skills, strong relationship building skills, innovation, integrity and professionalism to promote and market the organisation's activities. You will also be responsible for financial systems development and operation, ensuring accurate recording of all sales, control of stock, reconciliation, banking and reporting.
