Reporting and Data Analytics Specialist – Go-To-Market (GTM) Team


Location: India (Bangalore)

Role Overview:

The Reporting and Data Analytics Specialist will play a critical role in collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to optimize marketing, sales, and revenue growth strategies. This role will involve whitespace analysis, cross-sales reporting, and revenue tracking to identify key business opportunities. The specialist will work closely with the marketing, sales, and finance teams to support data-driven initiatives and performance reporting.


Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection & Reporting:

  • Gather and process data from CRM, marketing automation tools, and sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Build and maintain marketing, sales, and revenue performance dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity while automating reporting processes for efficiency.
  • Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on GTM performance and business growth.


Cross-Sales and White Space Analysis:

  • Conduct white space analysis to identify untapped opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Analyze customer purchase behaviors to uncover cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Develop cross-sales performance reports to measure the success of client expansion strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement data-driven cross-selling initiatives.


Marketing, Sales and Revenue Analysis:

  • Analyze marketing campaign performance, including lead generation, customer engagement, and ROI.
  • Monitor sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue trends to optimize sales strategies.
  • Support the forecasting and budgeting process by analyzing historical trends and market conditions.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking to provide insights on industry trends and positioning.


Reporting & Dashboard Development:

  • Design and maintain real-time dashboards and reports for key stakeholders.
  • Utilize Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or Excel for data visualization.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across marketing and sales platforms.


Performance Tracking & KPI Management:

  • Define and monitor KPIs for lead generation, client engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Track marketing ROI, campaign effectiveness, and audience engagement metrics.
  • Develop reports for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3–6 years of experience in reporting, business intelligence, or marketing analytics.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, and Excel for data visualization.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing automation tools.
  • Understanding of marketing performance metrics, sales tracking, and revenue forecasting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings to stakeholders.


Preferred Skills (Bonus):

  • Experience in predictive analytics and machine learning models for marketing and sales insights.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and growth analytics.
