Job Responsibilities

1. You’ll have early access to bold and innovative product ideas and prototypes, working closely with product team and marketing team to provide user and behavior insights. You must be familiar with mobile phone products or consumer electronics business, capable of conducting consumer research project independently, including develop research plan and methodologies, data analysis and reporting.
2. Independently carry out the whole process of consumer research in the whole life cycle of products. Through regular insight and multi-dimensional analysis of target users in India (such as the overall situation of the target market, competition, consumer portraits, user core demands and typical scenarios, purchase decisions, use behaviors, etc.), combined with the current business situation, support product team to make product decisions based on research findings
3. According to the business planning and development needs of India, put forward topics from the perspective of consumers, integrate research resources, complete reports.

Job Requirements

1. 5-10 years working experience in market research/ user research/ consulting industry/ IPSOS Nielsen and other research companies, especially in product research;
2. Master all kinds of user research methods, processes and related qualitative or quantitative models;
3. Have more experience in related scenarios and product research such as consumer electronics, and be able to quickly identify and understand the business needs of different stages of the product life cycle;
4. Have strong logical thinking ability, written expression ability and consumer insight and empathy ability;
5. Excellent communication skills, expression skills, report writing and reporting skills;
6. Fluent in English or Chinese reading and writing;
7. Have user empathy, and have strong curiosity about technology and fashion trends.
