Position Overview
We are looking for a Content Manager to work closely with one of our most prestigious high-tech clients working as a primary lead for delivery and execution. Someone who is highly collaborative, organized, and adept at working in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment. Who loves crafting personal experiences for customers and someone with experience working cross-functionally with teams to intake content requirements, develop the content and the technical decisions regarding content management for assigned programs.
Key Responsibilities
Support the successful execution of digital projects by creating, managing and communicating project timelines and details. Manage Jira milestones and subtasks, budget and sprint planning, QA, troubleshooting issues and escalations
Work cross-functionally with teams to intake content requirements and develop the content and the technical decisions regarding content management for assigned programs
Execute content strategy and apply best practices for digital engagement and segmentation across digital channels including content, digital channel execution, optimization, targeting, frequency, order, and timing
Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to optimize processes and leverage automation wherever possible.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related discipline
3+ years of experience working in digital marketing
Customer journey development knowledge a plus
Strong customer interface and presentation skills, with a Customer Focus attitude
Platform experience with Salesforce.com Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Marketo or similar platforms is a plus
Working knowledge of Jira is a plus
Excellent planning, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
Cisco experience preferred
