Position Overview

  • We are looking for a Content Manager to work closely with one of our most prestigious high-tech clients working as a primary lead for delivery and execution. Someone who is highly collaborative, organized, and adept at working in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment. Who loves crafting personal experiences for customers and someone with experience working cross-functionally with teams to intake content requirements, develop the content and the technical decisions regarding content management for assigned programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the successful execution of digital projects by creating, managing and communicating project timelines and details. Manage Jira milestones and subtasks, budget and sprint planning, QA, troubleshooting issues and escalations
  • Work cross-functionally with teams to intake content requirements and develop the content and the technical decisions regarding content management for assigned programs
  • Execute content strategy and apply best practices for digital engagement and segmentation across digital channels including content, digital channel execution, optimization, targeting, frequency, order, and timing
  • Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to optimize processes and leverage automation wherever possible.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience working in digital marketing
  • Customer journey development knowledge a plus
  • Strong customer interface and presentation skills, with a Customer Focus attitude
  • Platform experience with Salesforce.com Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Marketo or similar platforms is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Jira is a plus
  • Excellent planning, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Cisco experience preferred
