Job Title: Technical Writer IV

Job Duration: 6 - month contract (Possibility for extension)

Job Location: Austin TX – Hybrid

Description:

• Our teams build firmware frameworks for use by other internal teams across.
• As the number of our internal clients has grown, we've realized a need to help us scale through improving documentation and getting started content.
• Our developers will create raw content, and then we need someone to help us organize, edit and publish that content to enable our clients.

That likely includes:

• Working with our developers to gather raw content
• Organizing content across 3-4 teams
• Editing raw content for readability and usability
• Converting hand drawn content to digital formats
• Publishing content using internal and third-party tools
• Gathering feedback from client teams for further improvements

Skills:

• Technical writing
• Technical writing and publishing tools
• English
• Basic understanding of software development
• Basic understanding of firmware and operating systems

Education:

• Bachelors preferred
