The Regional NPI (New Product Introduction) Manager is responsible for driving innovation across the regional supply chain to enhance efficiency, optimize cost, and improve overall supply chain resilience.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying, developing, and implementing innovative solutions to transform supply chain and support the company’s strategic goals in new product introduction.
What you´ll do
Lead the end-to-end process of new product launches within the Laundry and Homecare category.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance agility, optimize the network, and ensure resilience along with innovation plan
Evaluate the impact of new product introductions on the supply chain and make necessary adjustments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and production, to ensure successful product launches.
Manage multiple sourcing initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Monitor and report on the progress of new product introductions and supply chain initiatives.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with new product launches.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
What makes you a good fit
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Production, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in managing new product introductions and supply chain strategies in a similar industry.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, manufacturing, logistics.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, project management software). Experience in the FMCG category
Knowledge of international supply chain regulations and standards.
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP).
