What You´ll Do

• You will conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends within the coatings industry.
• You will develop and execute sales plans for key accounts, focusing on commercial strategies.
• You will set and achieve regional revenue and growth targets, aligning with company objectives.
• You will build and manage relationships with key accounts to drive growth.
• You will create pricing models, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with commercial policies.
• You will collaborate with cross-function teams such as Marketing, Product Development, and Sales to achieve business goals.
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in coatings for consumer electronics display or automotive interior displays.
• Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience managing accounts and driving projects across regional markets, with strong project management capabilities.
• Skilled in using digital tools and MS Office for business analysis and reporting.
