You will develop and execute sales plans for key accounts, focusing on commercial strategies.
You will set and achieve regional revenue and growth targets, aligning with company objectives.
You will build and manage relationships with key accounts to drive growth.
You will create pricing models, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with commercial policies.
You will collaborate with cross-function teams such as Marketing, Product Development, and Sales to achieve business goals.
What makes you a good fit
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
5-8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in coatings for consumer electronics display or automotive interior displays.
Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and communication skills.
Proficiency in English.
Experience managing accounts and driving projects across regional markets, with strong project management capabilities.
Skilled in using digital tools and MS Office for business analysis and reporting.
