This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager at Omni Property Management and Development Services LLC in Columbia, SC. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of residential properties, handling tenant relations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with rental laws and regulations.
