Summary

Our client is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to manage a portfolio of commercial properties in the Columbia, SC region.

Responsibilities:

• Manage work order requests from tenants.
• Act as the liaison between tenants, ownership and vendors.
• Communicate and provide reporting to ownership/asset managers.
• Ensure properties are maintained in the management system.
• Source quotes from vendors and ensure timely completion and quality of work on all work orders.
• Manage existing vendor and subcontractor relationships.
• Source and sign-up new vendors and subcontractors.
• Make routine visits to managed properties to perform visual inspections.
• Work with Brokers to facilitate showings for vacant spaces.
• Read and become familiar with leases to differentiate between tenant responsibilities and owner responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• At least 3 years of commercial property management experience
• Previous experience with Class B or Class C properties
• Strong tenant relations and customer service background
• Previous experience with property management software
• Previous budget management experience
• Vendor Management experience
• Proficient in MS Office Products
