Project Manager (remote) - PM certification & Eligibility for EU Security Clearance are mandatory

NTT DATA is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager for a EU agency in Warsaw.

• This role can be performed remote from a location within the EU.
• The client requires an onsite onboarding of 2 days; occasional visits in Poland will be required.
• This is a freelance / B2B contract for 220 man-days with possibility for extension for 2 more years.

Your role:

• Project management will be focused on of the Ticketing for ETIAS project delivering business incident and request handling for the Member States Citizens using Travel to Europe (mobile) application;
• Project Management of the other projects delivered for business on the Service Now Platform: Strategic Portfolio Management, Enterprise Assets Management and others;
• Management of the projects in scope of the HORIZONTAL Portfolio grouping cross organizational projects supporting whole Frontex organization. Business Clients vary from HR to Finance include Operations, Equipment, Logistics;
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders on technical and user requirements matters, giving presentations, capable of chairing workshops for business users, writing specifications, concepting documents, end user and technical documentation;

Your profile:

• At least 6 years of experience in Project Management and with PM certification;
• At least 4 years hands-on experience in Project Management in IT systems implementation projects;
• Mandatory Educational Level: EQF Level 6. Advantageous education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology. Telecommunication Engineering or Business Administration;
• Directly participated in at least 2 projects concluded with successful implementation of solutions in its complete lifecycle in the roles of business analyst, system analyst, or architect, preferably supplemented by experience in testing solutions and training its users;
• Experience in writing business cases, plans, concept documents;
• Sound experience managing business analysis or business change in the IT field;
• Teamwork experience with agile teamwork frameworks;
• Versed with PM2;
• Expert in managing complex, business-led IT projects;
• Proficient in adapting project management methodologies to the ICT context;
• Competent in business analysis, requirements definition and business case production;
• Present capability to guide project teams and consult business stakeholders;
• Conversant with current technologies and trends relevant to the project in the relevant LOT;
• Certified in project management discipline;
• Capacity to work unassisted and guide junior staff;
• Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders on technical and user requirements matters, giving presentations, capable of chairing workshops for business users, writing specifications, concept documents, end user and technical documentation;
• Service-oriented attitude;
• Well developed interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and on multiple tasks;
• Sense of initiative and responsibility for the assigned areas of work;
• Ability to align your work easily to the changing environment, able to work effectively in a variety of situations, seeking improvements and proactively looking to further improvements;

Language skills:
You are fluent in English (C1 level or higher).
