About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing IT systems implementation projects across the full project lifecycle. This role requires hands-on leadership, a proactive mindset, and the ability to bridge business needs with technical delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage IT implementation projects from initiation to successful deployment.
  • Oversee and contribute to business analysis, system design, and solution architecture.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
  • Drive the development of business cases, project plans, and concept documents.
  • Guide project teams and ensure the alignment of deliverables with stakeholder requirements.
  • Apply and tailor project management methodologies (such as PM²) to complex ICT projects.
  • Ensure effective change management and user training throughout the project lifecycle.


Mandatory Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager in IT systems implementation projects.
  • Direct involvement in at least 2 full-lifecycle projects, in roles such as business analyst, system analyst, or architect, with added value from testing or user training experience.
  • Proven experience in writing business cases, project plans, and concept documents.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage business analysis and change initiatives in the IT domain.
  • Team collaboration experience within agile frameworks.
  • Knowledge of the PM² project management methodology.
  • Expertise in managing complex, business-led IT projects.
  • Ability to adapt project methodologies to diverse ICT contexts.
  • Strong skills in business analysis, requirements definition, and business case production.
  • Proven leadership in guiding project teams and consulting business stakeholders.
  • Awareness of current technologies and trends relevant to ICT projects.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as PM², PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are advantageous.
  • Background in digital transformation, cloud implementation, or enterprise systems is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
