• Purpose of position  The Project Manager handles customer projects from contract signature to final acceptance, completion of all open points and full payment;
• Reporting Line The Project Manager directly reports to the Head of China Project Management.
• Missions and Responsibilities
• Responsible for the project from the moment it is communicated to PM officially, till the moment all open points after system acceptance are closed.
  
  

从正式接手项目起，全面和全程负责直至整个项目验收完成；

• Take the responsibility for the whole process payment from Customers. 负责跟进客户付款事宜
• In this timeframe, the project manager is responsible of the execution of the contract between Salvagnini and the customer, balancing the three main aspects of project management, i.e. Cost, Quality and Time. 在执行公司与客户之间合同时，需平衡和管控 项目管理中 成本、质量和时间 三个主要因素
• PM will also timely report any significant deviation of the project, to Italian project manager and his line manager. 项目经理要及时向意大利项目经理及其直线经理报告项目的进度，尤其是有任何重大偏差。
• Report of deviation means also proposing alternative plans or scenarios that can help the stakeholders involved to evaluate risks and take thoughtful decisions.
  
  

在报告问题的同时需要提出替代计划或方案建议，以帮助利益相关者评估风险并作出决定。

• Project manager will also ensure that all documents are properly filled in and/or signed by the relevant persons, depending to which stage of the project the document is referred to. Besides, he also takes care of the fact that such documents are sent to the right persons.

• Behave politely and professionally with everybody and especially when in contact with customer. Respect customers’ ideas and promote trust between customer and Salvagnini. 为人处世应礼貌且专业，尤其是在与客户接触时，尊重客户的想法，促进客户与公司之间的信任
• Responsible for other duties which may be delegated from time to time by the Head of China Project Management. 中国项目管理负责人可能不时委派的其他职责。
• Well Co-operate in Salavgnini group internally . 与公司内部各部门保持良好的合作和沟通。 Relations & Environment  Daily contact with customers and prospects of Salvagnini China;  Daily contact with other department of Salvagnini China;  Maintain contact with Salvagnini Group HQ (Italy) and sister companies; Requirements  Bacholar degree above and technical background; 本科以上水平，技术工程类专业背景  Risk management;风险管控能力；  Sense of project ownership;项目主人翁精神  Decision making and ensure Salvagnini and customer maximum benefit 准确做决定以确保萨瓦尼尼与客户的双方利益都最大化  Good communication & presentation skills; 良好的沟通协调能力和展示演讲技巧  Command a good level of English (speaking and writing skills) and Mandarin; 熟练的商务英语和普通话表达与书写能力  Ability of team work in diversified environment. 在多元化环境下，良好的团队协助能力
