该职位来源于猎聘 We're looking for a new colleague to join ZF Aftermarket Division at our location in Shanghai. Your tasks:
Achievement of project targets according QCD-P; Ensures coherence between project goals and customer needs.
Leads modifications process (change requests, cost reductions, lead-time & targets)
Manages budgets & team resources.
Develops and tracks project planning, defines and tracks targets for each cross function; drives projects through virtual team Self-Assessment and Project Phase reviews
Enhance project communication by regular meeting; Leads cross functional project teams.
Assures compliance of ZF’s and customers’ quality plan: Zero Defects focused
Animates risk assessment, escalations and continuous improvement proposals
Ensures execution of all New product develop roadmaps within project; Set objectives and yearly targets for all virtual cross function team members based on the capacity calculation from the different functional leaders
Assess continuously performance of virtual cross function team members; Provides the yearly Performance assessment. Your profile:
Degree in Engineering or Business, Financial knowledge
Minimum 6 years experience of cross function coordination, 3 years of experience in Project management in the automotive industry
Work experience in Project Management, preferable from automotive industry; Better have experience of commercial vehicle aftermarket experience, business driving, merchandizing product developing process.
Process Management, cross function team management; Knowledge of braking, powertrain, chassis etc related.
APQP /Risk Management/ VA/VE/DFA/DFM; Software of PLM /MS project; Requirements Management. Be part of our ZF team and apply now!
