Summary

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for ensuring the development, maintenance, and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) by updating documentation, ensuring compliance, and supporting audits. The role collaborates with departments to integrate quality standards, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining quality assurance systems.
  • Initiate the facilitation and implementation of all quality management initiatives.
  • Build and update all policies, procedures, guidelines, work instructions, and specific forms of business entities.
  • Perform other applicable tasks assigned within the level of his/her competence as required by the line manager.
  • Maintain all documentation, including policies, procedures, and records.
  • Ensure that all documents are up to date, accurate, and available for audits.
  • Provide training and support to employees on Quality Management Requirements.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure that Quality Management is integrated into day-to-day operations.
  • Assist departments in developing processes that comply with Quality Management requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices, considering leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.
  • Identify and assess risks related to non-compliance with Quality Management requirements.
  • Work with relevant teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Work on projects aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
  • Prepare and submit reports on the status of compliance with Quality Management standards to the reporting manager.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business management or any other relevant field
  • 3-5 years of experience in quality improvement and assessment.
  • ISO certifications,


PREFERRED SKILLS AND COMPENETNICES:

  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Solid collaboration skills
  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills
